Effective and last updated: 3 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern use of the RegisterMe website, mobile applications, installed web app, account workspace and managed registration services. By creating an account, submitting an application or paying for a service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
RegisterMe provides guided registration, document review, processing coordination, compliance support, progress tracking and delivery of completed documents for the services displayed on the platform.
2. Your responsibilities
You must provide complete, accurate and lawful information; use contact details you control; obtain permission before submitting another person’s information; review your application before submission; and respond promptly when additional details or clearer documents are requested.
3. Government and third-party decisions
Name approval, registration approval, processing time and document issuance may depend on government agencies, payment providers or other third parties. RegisterMe will manage and follow up on the process but cannot guarantee approval of a proposed name, mark or application.
4. Prices, inclusions and payment
The package summary shown before the form lists the service price and selected inclusions. Payment must be completed through an activated gateway before processing begins unless the platform states otherwise. PayPal amounts are converted from Nigerian Naira to United States Dollars using the configured rate shown during checkout.
5. Corrections and additional work
We may request corrections or additional documents through your dashboard. Work outside the selected package, government penalties, late filings or newly requested services may require a separate quotation and your agreement before they are added.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work, government or third-party fees already incurred, and the reason for cancellation. Contact support with the application and payment reference so the request can be reviewed.
7. Account security and acceptable use
You are responsible for protecting your password, authenticator and device access. You must not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent documents, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorised access or use the service for unlawful purposes.
8. Completed documents and support
Published documents remain available through your secure account subject to applicable retention and access rules. Review them promptly and contact support if a correction or updated version is required.
9. Eligibility and authority
You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and authorised to act for the business, company, organisation or people named in an application. Where you provide another person’s information, you confirm that you have permission to provide it for the requested registration.
10. Drafts, submission and review
A saved draft has not entered processing. Before final submission, review names, dates, addresses, roles, share allocations and uploaded files. Submission does not mean approval. We may pause an application while awaiting payment, clearer documents, corrected information, consent or a response to an attention request.
11. Name choices and application outcomes
Proposed names and marks remain subject to availability, restricted-name requirements, similarity checks and the decision of the relevant authority. Do not print materials, incur commitments or represent a proposed name as approved until formal confirmation is issued.
12. Timing and status information
Any processing estimate is informational and not a guaranteed deadline. Timing may change because of document quality, applicant response time, authority queries, system availability, public holidays or third-party processing. Dashboard statuses are progress indicators and do not replace an official decision or issued document.
13. Payment confirmation and duplicate payments
A payment is treated as completed after reliable gateway verification and reconciliation. If you receive a debit alert but the application still shows awaiting payment, do not immediately pay again; contact support with the transaction reference. Chargebacks, reversals or fraudulent payments may pause service and document delivery while reviewed.
14. Optional inclusions and third-party services
Optional inclusions are charged only when selected or otherwise clearly included in a package. Bank-account assistance, payment processing, messaging and similar services may involve independent providers with separate checks and terms. Selection does not guarantee that a bank, gateway or authority will approve or provide the requested outcome.
15. Electronic communications and documents
You agree that notices, receipts, attention requests, status updates and completed documents may be delivered electronically through your account or registered contact details. Keep those details current and check your dashboard. Download and securely retain completed documents after publication.
16. Intellectual property and platform use
The RegisterMe name, interface, content, graphics and software are protected and may not be copied, resold, reverse-engineered or used to create a misleading competing service except where law permits. Your application information remains yours, subject to the permissions needed for us to provide the requested service.
17. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the platform, investigate fraud or misuse, comply with law, address unpaid or reversed transactions, or prevent submission of false or unlawful material. You may stop using the service, but existing payment, processing, retention and legal obligations may continue.
18. Service availability and liability
We work to keep the platform available and information accurate, but interruptions, third-party outages and authority delays can occur. To the extent permitted by law, RegisterMe is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from such events or from inaccurate information supplied by an applicant. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19. Complaints, disputes and governing law
Raise a complaint through support with the relevant application and payment references so we can investigate. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, available mediation, regulatory or court processes may be used as applicable.
20. General provisions
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These terms, the Privacy Policy and the package information accepted during checkout form the agreement for the selected service.
21. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when laws, services, fees, providers or platform features change. The current effective date will remain above, and material changes may be communicated through the platform. Questions can be submitted through the Contact page or secure support workspace.
